A FERTILE LAND
Domaine F.Jaubert is mainly located in the town of Ponteilla, in the heart of the Aspres, in Roussillon.
It extends over approximately 35 hectares, of which about ten are expressed on silty-clayey and limestone soils of the Pliocene. The other 25 hectares are on Quaternary terraces made up of stony soils with quartz pebbles and fragments of shale.
ROUSSILLON'S GRAPES
Eleven grape varieties make it possible to obtain a great diversity of wines, from the most endemic such as Grenache, Carignan, Muscat… to the rarest in Roussillon such as Merlot, Chardonnay, Alicante Bouschet. The cellar is located in the heart of the village.
