A wine estate in Roussillon, between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. Thirty hectares in the Aspres, farmed under certified organic practices.
Since 1842,
the same land.
In 1842, Jean Jaubert planted his first vines in the Aspres. Seven generations later, the estate is run by François, on the same stony terraces, in Ponteilla. The diplomas from the World’s Fairs — including the gold medal of Sydney, 1879 — are kept at the cellar.

2,500 hours of sunshine, 180 days of wind, 400 mm of rain a year. Pliocene soils and stony Quaternary terraces, ten grape varieties — from the most endemic to the rarest in Roussillon.
