The tour starts among the vines nearest the village, facing Canigou — soils, grape varieties, organic practices.

The cellar
In the heart of Ponteilla: concrete and steel vats and barrels — including those where Or du Temps spent twenty-two years.

The tasting
The four ranges, guided — whites, reds, then Rivesaltes. Wines can be bought at the cellar, with no obligation.
