Since 1842,
the same land.
Seven generations of the Jaubert family on the terraces of the Aspres, in Ponteilla. A history written in the plots as much as in the diplomas kept at the cellar.
Jean Jaubert,
then six generations.
“The same plot, the same hand, seven generations on.”
In 1842, Jean Jaubert planted his first vines in the Aspres. The estate grew from one generation to the next around the village of Ponteilla, whose heart still holds the cellar.
The World’s Fair diplomas — including the Sydney gold medal of 1879 — testify to a craft handed down without interruption. Organic conversion began in 2019; AB certification was obtained in 2022.
